Our Wednesday Adult Bible study is the Minor Prophets

The Minor Prophets are at the back of the Old Testament in our English Bibles. They differ from the Major Prophets (Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Daniel) in size, not importance. They were God’s spokesmen to the Kings of Israel and Judah in particular and the Jewish people in general. They are often known for delivering a message of judgment because of the nation’s backsliding, but they also carry a powerful message of redemption. Understanding these books require a knowledge of historical events from this era. You can expect all these points to be covered as we develop our understanding of this section of the Bible.
